If the existing structure cannot support your renovation we can tell you what needs to be done to make it work. New Construction
Building your dream home is an exciting adventure to undertake. Commonly it starts with a set of house plans that you like or finding a draftsman to provide a custom design. The elevations and room layouts are exactly what you want and you are ready to start building. Often there are no framing or foundation plans associated with these drawings, which are critical to the proper construction of a home. If there are framing or foundation drawings included in your set of plans they are rendered useless by the disclaimer stating “the author of the drawings takes no responsibility for the material included in the plans and you build at your own risk.” If there are no foundation or framing plans, we can provide the structural design and drawings. If there are foundation and framing drawings provided, we can review and revise them as necessary to ensure that your dream home does not become a future nightmare.
