Acting as a bridge between you and our staff, he provides input from beginning to end ensuring that successful accommodation of your vision is always at the forefront of our process.
We believe that an integrated team approach is required for the successful design and construction of the built environment. Communication is the key to an integrated team.
Internally, we achieve this by involving our staff from the top down in every project. This involvement ensures that each staff member is familiar with each project, and a client’s lead designer always has multiple solutions available, resulting in the utilization of the best methods and materials possible specific to your design.
Externally, we firmly believe in communicating with you throughout the design process. Ultimately, it is your design and we are here to assist you in realizing that goal. We strive to be an integral part of your design team and keep you involved in our design process. We welcome any questions or critiques of our design and will quickly send any questions or concerns we have your way.
The end result of the design process is a constructed building. We keep that in mind throughout our design process. We provide full construction support but prefer to address as many issues as possible prior to release of construction documents. Through detailed review of our designs, methods and materials, we ensure that what we provide is constructable.
We understand the importance of deadlines and will adjust our schedule to fit within your timeline. If we are unable to meet your schedule we will notify you up front so that you can adjust accordingly or seek out a firm that claims they can meet the deadline.
